Top Crew Altoona Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, and related tree care work. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety practices.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the work requested is unsafe, impractical, or beyond our scope of services. Each job is assessed individually to ensure we can complete it safely and effectively.

Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided for your convenience. All estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from what was initially observed. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Property Access and Damage

You grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon services. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to underground utilities, septic systems, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure not marked prior to service.

You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is clear of vehicles, furniture, and personal items. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your landscaping and structures, but some minor disturbance may be unavoidable during tree work.

Liability and Insurance

Top Crew Altoona Tree Services carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not liable for damage to property caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to wind, lightning, or falling branches from trees not serviced by us.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency weather conditions may require us to reschedule your service for safety reasons.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities for tree work on your property. We can advise you on local regulations, but ultimate compliance is your responsibility.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
